United Artists Way

Welcome to the new and developing website of the United Artists Way.   We are an experimental, volunteer enterprise, based in the greater metropolitan area of Orlando Florida USA.

MISSION STATEMENT:

The U.A.W. is dedicated to the principle of artists helping artists. By facilitating them in a holistic manner, from global efforts to local ones, we seek to foster and support artists and creative people everywhere.

The Vision:

"Think globally, act locally."  R. Buckminster Fuller

With the advent of the Internet we have an unprecedented opportunity to directly work with the Global Community in very effective ways.   As Artists we are naturally the early adopters of this new technology and feel the responsibility to act in an enlightened manner.

To adequately describe how the UAW functions we have invented a new word, Purchation.   Modern telecommunication systems have provided us with a new
ability to work more intimately.   Traditional ways of commerce no longer meet the needs of many professional Artists and their patrons.
