Professional Artist's Web Workshops CONTRACT/AGREEMENT


The Undersigned parties of  Instructor(s) and Facilitator(s) Agree to the Following Requirements for Professional Artist's Web Workshops (hereafter referred to as PAWW or Workshop):
  1. All participants are to meet at the time and place listed in the PAWW Schedule.  Instructors will contact the parties in the event of any changes.
  2. Instructor(s) will collect all materials fees where applicable.
  3. For each Workshop, the Instructor(s) will provide the Facilities Coordinator with a Workshop Schedule. The Workshop Instructor(s) will prepare a syllabus, outlining the the PAWW, materials needed, schedule of events, and other references. Copies of this syllabus will be given to the Facilities Coordinator for pre-registration.
  4. It is the prerogative of the Instructor(s) to set up for each Workshop.  Setup includes moving of tables, easels, and other implements for instruction. Special requirements may be discussed with the Facilities Coordinator.

The Undersigned Facilities Coordinator Agrees to Provide the Following Support for the Workshop Instructor:

  1. Prepare the material for each Workshop to be included in the Facilities Schedule. The Facilities Coordinator will determine, in agreement with the PAWW Instructor, the time and location of each Workshop.
  2. Prepare a Workshop roster for each Workshop, complete with contact information for each participant, as well as current payment information.

The following pay schedule is agreed to: the PAWW Instructor(s) will collect 100% of the tuition represented by the class roster and distribute it a follows: 50% to Facility and 50% to Cote' Art & Engineering.  Tuition will be $300 per participant.

Copyright: All content included in the Workshops, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and underlying source codes, is the property of Cote' Art & Engineering or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content in the workshops is the exclusive property of Cote' Art & Engineering and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

The use of any content from the workshops, without the express written permission of Cote' Art & Engineering is strictly prohibited, and subject to all penalties under law.

It is further agreed that no other similar workshops or competing events will be held at the Facilities for a period of two (2) years afterwards.

These regulations are instated to protect the participants, the Instructor(s), and Facilities.
